1. Digital Products

All products and services provided by ALL-IN-ONE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the intangible nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered or the service has started, except in the cases described below.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once they have been delivered. By placing an order, the customer explicitly agrees to waive their right of withdrawal as soon as the delivery of the digital product begins.

3. Exceptional Refund Cases

While digital products are non-refundable once delivered, ALL-IN-ONE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD may consider refunds in the following situations:

  • Non-delivery of the product: If you have not received the product or service after the agreed delivery period (typically between 5 to 10 business days), you may request a full refund.
  • Technical errors: If the delivered product has major technical errors that cannot be corrected within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be considered.
  • Obvious incompatibility: If a service or product is found to be entirely incompatible with your system, and this incompatibility was not specified at the time of purchase, we will assess the possibility of a refund.
